Lots of people complain about Mondays, but what about Tuesday? It is a forgotten day. Monday we are still enjoying what we experienced worshiping on Sunday. Then Monday drags us down. By the time Tuesday rolls around, we are asking if it is Friday yet. First, we should start with our perspective. If we see every day as drudgery, then it will be. However, if we see each day, even Tuesday, as a gift from God for opportunity to serve Him we start to see it differently.

Second, we need to question how we start each day. Do we start praying in the Spirit, or do we yell at other people and cars on the road? When we spend time praying in the Spirit we become more like God and less like the lunatic we become behind the wheel of our vehicle. Pair this with praising God in song and you have a winning combination.

Thirdly, work on memorizing Scripture. Put the Word in your heart, so that you will not forget it and live it. Those of us with no memory must work extra hard on this. How ever you learn, study to show yourself an approved workman. Do what you can when you can. There are plenty of opportunities to do this if one looks for them.

Lastly, talk about your Lord and savior. I am not talking about walking up to a total stranger, but people you know. Work your love of God into you daily speech; make it conversational. People already think you are odd, live up to it and own it! Be a fool for Christ.

There you go, this is how you can redeem your week. Summed up, put God first. Look to serve him while you work, in all you do, do it for the Lord. Be wholistic with your faith; infuse it into every area of your life.
